Cassandra is a powerfull framework for 3D visualisation. It can be simply used as a 3D data viewer but also as an advanced prototyping environment.Moreover, Cassandra is fully written in Java/Swing, and therefore is multi-platform. However, Cassandra uses the VTK native library and requires a specific compilation to the targeted operating system with the Java wrapping. That's why we provide those native libraries compiled for standard Linux and Windows, but if you want to extend the supported systems with any other specific VTK binary, you are welcome and you can contact us at contact [at] artenum [dot] com.
