For support, please send an email to contact__at_artenum and include the following information:

  • Registration number
  • Software version of our library that you are using (ex. idw-1.6.0)
  • Java runtime vendor and version (ex. sun jre 1.4.2_04)
  • Operating system and platform (ex. Windows XP, Linux on i386)
  • Detailed description of your problem
