Cassandra is a powerfull framework for 3D visualisation. It can be simply used as a 3D data viewer but also as an advanced prototyping environment.Moreover, Cassandra is fully written in Java/Swing and therefore it's multi-platform. However Cassandra use the VTK native library and required a specific compilation to the targeted operating system with the Java Wrapping. So we provide those native library compiled for standard linux and windows but if you want to extend the supported systems with any other specific VTK binary, you are welcome and you can contact us at contact (at) artenum (dot) com.
